Privacy Policy

Last updated 2 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information As-home Asset Partners collects through this website, why we collect it, how it is handled, and the choices you have. As-home Asset Partners is part of the As-home group and is the controller of the information described here.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to give us through the three forms on this site:

Consultation request: your name, company or fund, work email, phone number, and details about your asset such as type, location or region, size in keys, and the service of interest, together with any message you add.

Confidential opportunity request: your first and last name, work email, company or fund, and the role you act in.

Market report request: your work email.

We also collect limited technical and campaign information automatically, including advertising attribution parameters (for example utm_source and click identifiers) and standard usage data used to measure and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, send you a report you have requested, assess whether and how we can assist you, and, where you submit a confidential opportunity request, to progress disclosure under a non-disclosure agreement. We process this information to respond to your request and in our legitimate interest in operating an advisory business.

How your information is handled and stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our email provider, Resend (resend.com), and received in our business email inbox. We may also record a submission in an internal business record such as a spreadsheet, and we send you a short confirmation email.

These providers act as our processors. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with any third party beyond the processors named in this policy.

Scheduling a call

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly (calendly.com). The details you enter there, such as your name, email and any notes, are processed by Calendly to arrange the meeting and are subject to Calendly's own privacy terms.

Cookies, analytics and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the performance of our advertising and website. It may set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed and actions taken. We also store advertising attribution parameters in your browser session so that we can link an enquiry to a campaign. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and no longer than is necessary for those purposes.

Your rights and deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to us at Ayman.yehia@As-home-group.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

International processing

Some of our processors, including Resend, Calendly and Meta, operate outside Egypt. Where that is the case, your information may be processed in those jurisdictions under the safeguards those providers apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date shown above reflects the latest revision.
