As-homeAsset Partners
Our story

An owner's advisor, by design.

As-home Asset Partners is the hospitality advisory arm of the As-home group. We were established to do one thing well: represent hotel owners and investors, and only them, across Egypt.

We do not operate hotels and we do not act for operators or brands. That independence is the point. It means every assessment, negotiation and recommendation we make is aligned with the owner's interest, with no conflicting mandate behind it.

The firm is young, but the experience behind it is not. Our work is built on documented, repeatable process, the discipline that protects value whether a hotel is being bought, repositioned, or held for the long term.

Our leadership has spent a career in senior hospitality finance and operations — the experience that, for a young firm, stands in for a track record.

Our approach

Process is our proof.

Because the firm is new, our documented methodology stands in for case studies. This is how we work, end to end, the same rigour on every mandate.

1
Acquire

A ten-step buy-side process, from defining the mandate to closing, including off-market sourcing.

2
Diligence

Two checklists, under-construction and operating, run by one coordinated owner-side team.

3
Position

Independent operator and brand selection through a transparent, competitive tender.

4
Oversee

A disciplined monthly Business Review that holds the operator to account for the owner.
