The Owner's Return Review
An independent, fixed-scope answer to one question: what should your hotel be earning, and where is the difference going?
How it works
You hand us three things: your last twelve months of P&L, your management or operating agreement, and the identity of your nearest competitors. Within ten working days you receive a written review: what the asset should be producing in its market, how the operation compares, what the agreement is costing you, and the three to five decisions that would close the gap. We present it to you in person or on a call, and answer everything.
Who it's for
Owners of operating hotels and resorts of roughly fifty keys and above, anywhere in Egypt, who want an independent read before making a bigger decision: renegotiating, refinancing, changing operators, selling, or simply demanding better.
Who it's not for
It's not a valuation for financing purposes, not a substitute for an audit, and not useful to anyone who has already decided what they want it to say.
